How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering from us should be a pleasant experience, so we've done what we can to make the process as seamless as possible.
Select the product you want by clicking (or tapping if you're on a mobile device) 'Add to Cart'.
A side-bar will appear, showing a quick summary of your cart.
For a complete view of your cart, click/tap 'View Cart' which will show you more information (viewing your cart also lets you choose the quantity of the product you want, or to remove it from your cart).
Click/tap 'Checkout' option when you're ready to purchase.
You will be re-directed to PayPal's secure payment portal - where you can pay via PayPal or Credit Card.
Shipping and packaging costs will be shown when you provide a delivery address.
Payment and Shipping
We use PayPal for transactions - you can use your existing account, create a new one or simply pay via credit card. Please note that we do not receive your credit card details, only your contact information, product choice and postal/contact details.
Shipping a book isn't cheap, so we've aimed to offer an economical option that will also get your order to you in good time.
For Australian orders, we use Australia Post, within delivery usually within a week.
For international orders, allow approximately 6-15 business days (can be longer...don't stress on day 15 if it hasn't arrived yet!).
If you think your parcel should have arrived, please get in touch - though bear in mind parcels do sometimes get delayed within postal networks and this is out of our control.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We use PayPal to process orders; they are world leaders in online transactions and offer protection for both you and us.
All details you provide to us are used only to process your order and ship it off to your nominated address.
Returns & Refunds
You order should arrive in mint condtion - we're proud of our work and want you to experience that too. However, if your order arrives and is damaged or there is an issue with the order, please get in touch as soon as you can.
We do not offer returns for changes of mind, and cannot cancel orders once they have been processed. See our full refunds and cancellations policy for more information.
We take your privacy seriously, and trust you'd do the same for us.
However, there is information we gather from you that you need to be aware of; anonymous information (such as browser type, your city etc) as most websites do to help us better tailor our site, and also personal information you provide during an order, when giving feedback or asking us to contact you.
Your details will not be added to any mailing lists, or given or sold to a third party - if you want to be on our mailing list (woohoo!) then we'll do so only with your express consent.
